Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All SmartJungle apps offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent app functionality and cannot be resolved within 7 days
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Charges made after subscription cancellation

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@smartjungle.in with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for services already rendered
  • Custom development work that has been completed
  • Charges for usage-based features that have been consumed

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion based on the specific circumstances and usage of the service.
